Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management
  • Experience with SaaS platforms and subscription business models
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret customer data
  • Problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
