Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting
  • Research and identify target companies and decision makers
  • Conduct initial discovery calls with prospects
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on handoff process
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM system

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting targets
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
